Staying at home, keeping your distance in the supermarket, no more access to playgrounds...have the measures put in place to increase physical distancing already had an impact on our contact patterns?
With how many people have you had a personal conversation in the past 24 hours? This means conversations with more than 3 words, face-to-face, i.e. not via telephone or video-chat, distance less than 2m. Members of your own household not included. Try to think about it carefully and re-trace your daily routine.
Why this study? Scientists want to find out how the current restrictive measures affect our social behavior. Specifically, the aim is to quantify the average number of contacts in the population and compare them with previous studies. This data is important to include in forecasts, to generate better statistics and to better understand the spread of the virus.
The survey is anonymous and takes less than 1 minute to complete. You are asked to provide your age and nationality but no other personal data is requested, so a personal identification is not possible. The results of the survey will be forwarded to research institutions, statistical offices and ministries in Luxembourg for analysis. With your participation you agree to our method.
Many thanks for your participation!
