3,2,1 Blast Off!

Build your own rocket in a fun and interactive science workshop called “3,2,1 Blast Off!”. Come by on 14 August 2025 10:00 or 13:00 at the Luxembourg Science Center to launch your own rocket in 3 steps:

1. Learn the basics of rocket science and fun facts about space

2. Design and build your unique rocket

3. Blast off your rocket and watch it soar!

The workshop lasts 2 hours and is available for free in the context of a general admission ticket to the Luxembourg Science Center (0-15€). This workshop is offered in English and is limited to 20 people. First come first served! It is recommended for people above 12 years of age. The workshop is carried out by Marco Wijaya, a doctoral candidate at the Interdisciplinary Centre for Security, Realibility and Trust (SnT.) of the University of Luxembourg. It was developed in the context of a DESCOM training supported by the Faculty of Science, Technology and Medicine (FSTM).
